Returns
- All items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged).
- Free of any stains, odors, or alterations.
- Returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
How to Process a Return
- Contact us at contact@ozdr.support or fill out the return form on our website to initiate your return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to ship your item(s).
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or an error occurred on our end.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order for your desired product.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
- Any product that does not meet our return requirements will not be accepted.
